PAYMENT:We accept most major credit cards, or you can send a money order or cashiers cheque, or request C.O.D. (note: the post office charges extra for C.O.D.). Personal cheques are held for two weeks pending clearance.

SHIPPING:We ship most orders through Australia Post to save you on freight costs.
You could organise an alternative method of shipping if desired.

PRICES:All prices are effective at the time the catalog is compiled. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

RETURNS:Contact our sales department to get a Returns Authorisation number.
Returned items must be accompanied with the original receipt, and original undamaged packaging. Returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge, 15% after 30 days.
No returns on electrical items, video tapes, or special orders. No returns after 60 days.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: If your order arrives damaged you must file a claim with the shipping company immediately.
