How to Place an Order

Step 1- Product Selection

Browse our online store and find an item you want. Enter the quantity you want to buy in the box to the right, then click the "Add Now" button below to place the item into your shopping cart. Either adjust the quantity before adding the item, or adjust the quantity in your shopping cart and then click “Update” in your cart. Please feel free to send us feedback or special instructions in the "Comments" field provided

When you are ready to finalize your order, click "Checkout" at the upper right, or alternatively you can click "Go To Checkout" when viewing your shopping cart.

Step 2- "Look Me Up"/ My Account Registration.

If you are a Returning Customer and have set-up an Account with us previously, supply us with your email address and password so we can "look you up." After supplying us with the appropriate information, you can continue your order.

If you are not registered and would like us to store your address information, drop down to the "New Customer" section. Fill in the “required information” fields as indicated. Be sure to write your password down for future use. After checkout, we will save your address information so next time you order, we can "look you up!".

Step 3- Billing Information

If you are a new online customer, use this form to supply us with your billing information. This information should match the billing information for the credit card you are planning to use. Click the "Continue" button to proceed with your checkout process.

If you have setup an Account with us previously and have logged in with your email address and password, please verify that your address information is correct and make any necessary changes. (Changes made are only applicable for this order, to make permanent changes, go to “My Account” and make the desired changes). Click the "Continue" button to proceed with your checkout process.

Step 4- Shipping Information

If you are a new online customer and setting up an account, if you selected "Ship to information is the same as bill to information" on the previous page, please verify that the "ship to" information is correct. Now choose a shipping method. Then click the "Continue" button to proceed.

If you selected "Use new ship to address" on the previous page, please supply us with the address of where you want your order shipped. After entering the ship to address, now choose a shipping method. Click the "Continue" button to proceed.

Step 5- Payment

Please verify that all of your address information is correct. Also, double-check your order. If you need to make any changes, click on the appropriate link and make the necessary changes.

When you are ready to finalize your order choose your payment method.

  • Credit Card (you will need to ring or fax through your credit card details: the credit card type, the number and expiration date.
  • Cheque/Money Order
  • Pay Pal
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Direct Debit
Then click the "Submit Order" button to send us your order.

Order Confirmation/Invoice

After transmitting your order, you will receive an immediate online Order Confirmation, please print this for your records. You will also receive an email order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be emailed a “Shipping Confirmation” with tracking information.
